Godzilla sighting in PNW
Big congrats to Roger Davis on his tournament win over the weekend and another giant northern gorilla! "Today was club tournament day out on Lake Samish. After a somewhat tough morning with only smaller fish, I headed to a different area of the lake and on my first cast up to a really good dock with a swim dock, logs, and pads, I nailed this postspawn 9.05 toad. At first I thought she was maybe a 6 or 7, but she was double wide! I imagine porked out before the spawn we weighed closer to 10. Anyways, I lost another...
Godzilla steps foot in the PNW!
Big fish hunter Roger Davis found this northern gorilla working a long flat slow rolling with intermittent pauses. Congrats on your first outing bud and thanks for the pic!
Godzilllllllla!
Ryan Block caught this nice one sinking the 8" Godzilla out in 10' of water out in front of a cove entrance. Water had about 3' vis and the fish ate on the slow roll about halfway back to the boat.
